Jennifer Torres

I graduated from the Maric College Massage Therapy program in 2007, where I gained extensive knowledge about sports and clinical massage. I started out my career as a massage therapist at a day spa, and enjoyed helping clients relax and de-stress. After a year and a half of spa experience, I then decided that my talents were of better use in a clinical setting, so I pursued a career as a Clinical Massage Therapist, working in conjunction with Chiropractors and Massage clinics. I have found a lot of joy in helping others heal and regain function, and I really enjoy the team-feeling I get when working with Dr. Welsh!

Mary Beth Mirador

Born and raised in Southern California, Mary Beth grew up enjoying the beaches, mountains, outdoor adventures and athletics, all of which played a vital role in her physically active & well-balanced lifestyle. She was raised to love God, people and sports, which created a passion for life, people, health and athletics.

Mary Beth was always fascinated with the human body and its potentials. This grew into an academic and intellectual appreciation for the human body.  Prior to becoming a doctor of chiropractic, she attended California State University, Fresno where she studied Clinical Exercise Science at the University’s department of Kinesiology.  Mary Beth was accepted and enrolled into Southern California University of Health Sciences Doctor of Chiropractic program in 2008.  Within the 4 years studying at SCUHS, Mary Beth was exposed to incomparable clinical settings, private practice rotations, and non-profit work.  During her time at this institution she learned the art and science of chiropractic, additional to soft tissue treatment techniques and physical rehabilitation protocols, making her a very well-rounded neuromusculoskeletal specialist.  These experiences provided a dynamic and rewarding experience that has molded her into the Doctor of Chiropractic that she is today.

Mary Beth has dedicated her life to healing the body, increasing biomechanical function, preventative care and rehabilitation from injury. She believes chiropractic treatment is the most sensible and effective way to treat many common health problems.

Mary Beth is also awaiting licenser and is practicing under the center’s license.
